Q.    I've mis-placed my User Guide. Can I get another copy?

Q.    Why does the kit come with a US style power plug and an UK adapter?

A.    The product is so new that the initial shipment was only available with the US plug. We have been advised by our US supplier that future shipments will come with a UK plug which will do away with the need to use an adapter.

Q.    Are my details secure?

A.    Absolutely. Your contact details are kept in an encrypted database, they will not be given to third parties and will only be used should we need to contact you about your purchase. Your payment details are managed through PayPal and as such we do not see them.

Q.    Can you post to addresses in Europe?

A.    Please contact us to discuss your requirements. Our US suppliers are able to source European power supplies. In due course, depending on demand, we may stock some here. It should also be noted that the sign does not support non standard English characters such as á ç.

Q.    Is it available with different colour LED's?

A.    At the moment only red LED's are available, however different colours may be available in the future.

Q.    Does the sign have to be used with it's handle?

A.    With or without the handle the sign will work fine. We are also looking into the possibility of attaching it to glass.

Q.    Can I return the LimoDriverSign?

A.    Within 7 calendar days of receiving the LimoDriverSign you are welcome to return it, in it's original condition and packaging for a full refund, however you will be responsible for the return postage. If the LimoDriverSign becomes faulty during your 1st year of purchase, return it back to us - we will test it and then either offer a replacement or a refund, additionally we will reimburse you the cost of returning it to us. In both cases please contact us first.

Q.    How do you post the product?

A.    We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, it offers a speedy delivery, a means of tracking the parcel and compensation should it get lost in the post.

Q.    How quickly do you dispatch the LimoDriverSign?

A.    On receipt of your order and PayPal payment we will package the LimoDriverSign the same day. If possible we will get to the Post Office the same day but more likely the following day, Special Delivery means that you should receive it the next business day. So if you placed an order on Monday you should receive it on Wednesday. Ordered Friday received Tuesday. Naturally, we have no control over the Royal Mail. Additionally, someone will need to be in to accept the package otherwise it will go back to your nearest sorting & delivery office. If there is any delay in your order we will let you know.
